How should the crane chain be maintained and maintained?

1. The sprocket should be installed on the shaft without tilting or swinging. In the same transmission component, the end faces of two sprockets should be located in the same plane. When the distance between the sprockets is less than 0.5 meters, a deviation of 1 millimeter is allowed. When the distance between the sprockets is more than 0.5 meters, a deviation of 2 millimeters is allowed. But it is not allowed to have friction on the side of the sprocket teeth. If the two wheels move too much, it is easy to cause chain detachment and accelerated wear. Pay attention to checking and adjusting the offset when replacing the sprocket.

The tightness of the lifting chain should be appropriate. If it is too tight, it increases power consumption, and the bearings are prone to wear. If it is too loose, the chain is prone to jumping and chain detachment. The tightness of the chain is; Lift or lower from the middle of the chain, with a spacing of approximately 2% -3% between the two sprockets.

3. The new lifting pin is too long or stretched after use, making it difficult to adjust. The chain link can be removed depending on the situation, but it should be an even number. The chain link should pass through the back of the chain, the locking tab should be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking tab should face in the opposite direction of rotation.

After the sprocket is severely worn, both the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced to ensure good engagement. You cannot simply replace the new chain or sprocket separately. Otherwise, it will cause poor engagement and accelerate the wear of new chains or sprockets. After the tooth surface of the sprocket is worn to a certain extent, it should be promptly turned over for use (referring to the sprocket used with adjustable surfaces). To extend the usage time.

5. The old lifting chain cannot be mixed with some new chains, otherwise it may cause impact and chain breakage during transmission.

6. Remember to add lubricating oil to the lifting chain in a timely manner during operation. The lubricating oil needs to enter the fit gap between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear.
